The Staffordshire firm of A.L.E. is the first to feature in this video. They are shown transporting a 'slug catcher' from Immingham Dock to Theddlethorpe gas terminal near Skegness.The next move features Curtis moving two boilers from Beals of Lincoln to Immingham Dock. The same vehicles are used for two moves on two different days. The next load being moved by TSL Vanguard on behalf of A.L.E. We first see it on the A638 north of Bawtry bound for Dewsbury. This load is shown crossing over the central reservation of the A631 - a fairly unusual manoeuvre even in heavy haulage terms!
