Albion built their first commercial vehicle in 1902 and by way of celebration Maurice and Amy White organised a 5-day charity 'Albion only' run from Bristol to Glasgow.
Over twenty period dressed drivers and crew gathered alongside the 'Ss Great Briton' at the Great Western Dockyard, Bristol for the start of the run.
The route, via Gloucester, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Warrington, Wigan, Garstang, Kendal, Shap, Gretna and Beatock, to Glasgow was on 'A' and 'B' roads only.
The vehicles range from a 1928 LB 40 through to a 1962 Reiver and are shown in both town and country settings.
Unobtrusive commentary by JIM WILKIE.
